Sandra is a visionary, bi-lingual (Spanish English) leader who understands entrepreneurship and small business. She founded a value- based consulting business, Beaton Global Connections, and was raised working in a small family business near Chicago now celebrating 47 years in business.

She ignites growth, positive change, collaboration and passionately leads with a mission and vision to elevate humanity through business with impact on a local, national or global scale. She excels with all types of businesses offering new approaches and an innovative mindset to achieve growth. Her expertise includes marketing/branding, business development/sales, strategic partnerships, new channels/ markets, sustainability, and business social responsibility.

She has 20+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food& Beverage, Wholesale/Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant, Tourism, Wine & Spirits and Technology industries. One of her greatest accomplishments was securing the Social Capitalist Award with Fair Trade USA, a 47% increase in global farmer income and national press coverage in Fast Company, Fortune and the NY Times.  She led unprecedented 3 year growth to reach the #1 growth market of 21 globally and a $1B milestone in total U.S. sales.

She completed the Executive Leadership Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management and has lived, worked, or traveled Central and South America, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Australia, and New Zealand.  She has presented at SBA Conferences, served on Boards including the CA Hispanic Chamber of Commerce San Francisco, Committees including the CA Hispanic Shark Tank, and volunteered with philanthropic organizations such as United Nations-USA and Big Sisters of America. Sandra enjoys hiking, sailing, yoga, photography, new outdoor adventures and traveling in her free time.
